If you want to try something really wacky, give orbing a go. 

Hop with a friend into a giant inflatable hamster ball, known as an orb.  Having been securely harnessed, you'll be rolled down a hill - reaching speeds of up to 30 miles an hour.  (The hill is said to be the longest in the UK for this activity.) Your heart will turn over & over too - and you'll have one big adrenalin rush, even after you've been caught & by experts. 

The experience lasts about 15 minutes, but you can stay on afterwards to enjoy the fantastic views of Sussex & watch others enjoy the roll.  Those who've done this activity have found themselves to be full of exhileration afterwards!
